Izzy helps professionals communicate with clarity, confidence and conviction. A highly experienced communication skills trainer, she designs and delivers tailored workshops that help experts with specialist knowledge communicate complex work in ways that secure investment and build understanding. 

She set up Camier Communications Ltd in 2020. Her style is dynamic, practical and engaging, combining insight with humour to create a safe, energised environment where participants can stretch themselves and build lasting confidence.

Izzy’s clients consistently rate her sessions among the best they’ve attended, with recent partnerships including Christian Louboutin, UK Government Cabinet Office, SBTI and the British Heart Foundation, as well as many marketing and communications agencies.

A licensed Insights Discovery practitioner and accredited CIPR trainer, Izzy delivers workshops on storytelling, persuasive communication, people management and executive presence.

Before training, Izzy spent over 15 years in communications – both agency-side and as Head of Communications at Williams F1 – giving her a deep, real-world understanding of influence and audience engagement.
