About the Training

In the fourth of five foundational management sessions, designed for Orchard to support the team as you move to a pod structure, we'll be looking at the all important skill of Performance Management.

In this 90-minute virtual session you'll learn how to <ADD INFO>

Specifically we'll look at how to:

  • Set SMART objectives and evaluate success

  • Hold performance reviews and identify development needs

  • Discover how to plan and structure effective 1:1 check-ins

  • Diagnose poor performance and the reasons 

  • Understand how to structure critical feedback  

  • Deal with emotional responses, push back and denial

About Isobel

Isobel is a communications skills and leadership trainer. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives whilst building trust with delegates and elevating their confidence. Her style is known for being energetic, fun and engaging.
