About the Training
In this penultimate of five foundational management sessions, we'll be looking at Performance Management.
In this 90-minute virtual session you'll learn how to:
Set SMART objectives and evaluate success
Hold performance reviews and identify development needs
Discover how to plan and structure effective 1:1 check-ins
Diagnose poor performance and the reasons
Understand how to structure critical feedback
Deal with emotional responses, push back and denial

About Isobel
Isobel is a communications skills and leadership trainer. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives whilst building trust with delegates and elevating their confidence. Her style is known for being energetic, fun and engaging.
