Hi Everyone,

I’m really looking forward to seeing you for the Insights Discovery Session. 

Insights Discovery® is an exciting and revealing psychometric tool that can be used for both individual and team development. It is the most accurate and memorable of its kind. It uses four colours to describe distinct personality preferences: Red, Yellow, Green and Blue. It’s this simple language which makes the profile so easy to remember and share with others.


The workshop will be pacey and interactive, so come prepared to dive in. I will:

  • Introduce you to the model and show how it can be applied every day

  • Show you the collective profile of the whole team, its strengths and blind spots 

  • Explain how to understand others better, by observing verbal and non-verbal communication

  • Demonstrate how to adapt and connect to build stronger connections

  • Create shared understanding of different ways of thinking, processing and communicating

  • Help you interpret behaviour with greater empathy and less assumption

  • Increase psychological safety within the team

  • Give practical guidance on how people prefer to work together

In preparation for the training, please carry out these 2 important steps:

1. Complete an online evaluator, which will determine your Insights Discovery® type and bring you a new level of self-awareness, by Friday 30 January 2026

It’s best to give your first natural response, being as honest with yourself as you can be. The evaluator typically takes about 15 mins to complete.

2. Watch this 30-min video before attending the workshop.

About Isobel

Izzy is a highly experienced communication skills trainer. She designs and delivers bespoke, high-impact workshops that help professionals communicate with clarity, confidence and conviction, whether pitching ideas, working in a team or presenting to clients.

Her style is dynamic, practical and engaging, combining insight with humour to create a safe, energised environment where participants can stretch themselves and build lasting confidence.

Before training, Izzy spent over 15 years in communications – both agency-side and as Head of Communications at Williams F1 – giving her a deep, real-world understanding of influence and audience engagement.
