About the Training

This practical, interactive session will explore the habits that build trust. It will help participants communicate with clarity, listen with intent and build stronger relationships through everyday conversations.

You will come away understanding that trust is built one conversation at a time.

Throughout the session you will:

  • Understand the behaviours that build trust and credibility

  • Explore the Trust Equation and how to strengthen each element

  • Express your ideas with clarity, confidence and respectful assertiveness

  • Develop deeper listening skills to improve understanding and collaboration

About Isobel

Isobel is a communications skills and leadership trainer. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives whilst building trust with delegates and elevating their confidence. Her style is known for being energetic, fun and engaging.
