About the Training

This 90-minute workshop strengthens the core skills you need to thrive in an agency environment and pod structure: managing time when priorities compete, responding confidently to briefs and receiving feedback well.

Through discussion, short exercises and practice, you'll learn how to prioritise effectively, ask better questions when being briefed, and handle feedback constructively to support growth and build trust with managers.

You will leave with simple tools you can apply immediately to work smarter and develop faster.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

  • Understand the difference between urgent and important

  • Prioritise and plan when everything feels like a priority

  • Recognise what a clear brief looks like

  • Summarise briefs back effectively, checking understanding and agreeing expectations

  • Debunk myths around feedback — why it's business-critical and key to growth

  • Receive feedback with composure, clarify next steps and act on it

  • Recognise how and when to ask for help

About Isobel

Isobel is a communications skills and leadership trainer. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives whilst building trust with delegates and elevating their confidence. Her style is known for being energetic, fun and engaging.
