About the Training
This foundational management programme has been designed for Orchard to support you through a period of evolution, as you move to a pod structure.
Content covers key topics such as motivation, delegation and giving feedback. Delivered as 4 x 90-minute sessions over 4 months, each module builds confidence progressively through group coaching and practical content.
You will gain tools that you can apply immediately, understand your management style and how to adapt to others' needs, while learning to structure important conversations for success in a pod structure within an agency environment
In this session we will cover:
Module 1: Line Manager Essentials
Understand the role of a line manager
Identify the skills and behaviours that are required for each individual to be performing at their optimum
Ensure team members have the necessary support and mentoring to develop those competencies
Balance the needs of your pod versus those of the agency
Develop a knowledge share process across the pods
Learn how to retain objectivity, acting as a role model and agency ambassador

About Isobel
Isobel is a communications skills and leadership trainer. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives whilst building trust with delegates and elevating their confidence. Her style is known for being energetic, fun and engaging.
