About the Training

This foundational management programme has been designed for Orchard to support you, as you move to a pod structure.

Content will cover key management topics such as communication style, delegation and giving feedback. Delivered in 4 x 90-minute sessions over 4 months, each module will build your confidence progressively, through group coaching and practical content.

You will gain tools that you can apply immediately, understand your management style and how to adapt to others' needs, while learning to structure important conversations for success in a pod structure.

Module 1: Line Manager Essentials

  • Understand the role of a line manager

  • Identify the skills and behaviours that are required for each individual to be performing at their optimum

  • Balance the needs of your pod versus those of the agency

  • Learn how to retain objectivity, acting as a role model and agency ambassador

  • Recognise and appreciate different communication styles, by observing verbal and non-verbal communication

  • Adapt your style to connect with others and build deeper connections and harmonious relationships both in your team and with clients

About Isobel

Isobel is a communications skills and leadership trainer. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives whilst building trust with delegates and elevating their confidence. Her style is known for being energetic, fun and engaging.
