About the Training
The youngest generation at work, Gen Z, bring fresh perspectives, digital fluency and a strong sense of purpose. To unlock the potential of this demographic, organisations must understand what drives Gen Z and create an inclusive workplace.
In this collaborative 90-minute session, we'll explore the defining characteristics of Gen Z and strategies for engaging with them effectively. You'll come away with insights to foster relations between generations and ways to encourage a two way learning process between age groups.
In this session you will:
Discover the six characteristics defining Gen Z
Maximise the benefits of incoming talent, Gen Z, by appreciating what they bring
Learn strategies to engage with and manage Gen Z
Test the insights, getting on the ground feedback from all levels and generations within the organisation
Know what teams would like to see from leadership when it comes to intergenerational inclusivity
Limit generational friction by embracing empathy
